How long does delivery take?
All orders are packaged & dispatched from our Pharmacy in Co. Limerick, Ireland via DPD. All in-stock orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for delivery. All in-stock orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day. In-stock orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. In-stock Orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not currently available. We aim to get your order into the next collection available after your order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Should there be a delay you will be notified immediately via email or phone. All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days you should notify our customer service department with details & include your order number via email: info@pharmacystore.ie or call us on 069 69525. Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail.
Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after which time the Products become your sole responsibility
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will provide a full refund. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.

To track your order log onto https://dpd.ie/ where you can enter your tracking number and receive an immediate update.
How will my order be packaged?
We promise the utmost confidentiality and discretion with your order. All orders of a sensitive nature are packaged in plain packaging. All our outer packaging on deliveries of a sensitive nature is non-descript padded mail packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We currently ship to some European countries.
We currently only ship to the countries above. However, if you wish to get a quote to ship to any other country, please email info@pharmacystore.ie stating what product and quantity you require along with desired country. One of our representatives will endeavour to contact you with a price within 1 working day.
