How will I know PharmacyStore have received my order?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know we received your order, if you do not receive this in your mailbox, check your junk folder and contact us if you have any trouble after.

Do you Deliver Overseas?

Yes, if you wish to get a quote to ship to any other country, please email stating what product and quantity you require along with desired country. One of our representatives will endeavour to contact you with a price within 1 working day.

You can't find the product you are looking for?

No worries, please contact us on 06969525 or e-mail and we might be able to get the product from one of our Pharmacies or order specifically for you from our suppliers.

Can I use my discount/promo code on everything and more than once?

Unfortuntely, discounts and promo codes do not apply to medicines and already discounted products. You can only apply your discount/promo code once.

I am having trouble at the checkout, can you assist?

Delivery & Collection FAQs

How will my order be packaged?

We promise the utmost confidentiality and discretion with your order. All orders of a sensitive nature are packaged in plain packaging. All our outer packaging on deliveries of a sensitive nature is non-descript padded mail packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes! We also offer a FREE Click & Collect facility. You can place your order online and proceed to checkout where you will be given the option to Collect your order from one of our four Pharmacy Locations which means no delivery costs!

How long does delivery take?

All orders are packaged & dispatched from our Pharmacy in Co. Limerick, Ireland via DPD. All in-stock orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. All in-stock orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day. In-stock orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. In-stock Orders placed on Friday before 2.00pm will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not currently available.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping & Delivery is FREE for all orders placed over the value of €85 within the Republic of Ireland.

The delivery cost for all orders placed below €85.00 is €7.50 per order for all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. 

Returns FAQs

Missing Items?

Missing items must be reported to within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to will result in forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts.

Faulty & Damaged Items?

If you deem the item you received as being faulty and it is within the 6 months manufacturer’s warranty then you can send the item back to for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our department requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact regarding warranty before returning any products.

After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product. Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant return of the entire item and will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned.

Costs for sending items back to are borne by the customer.

Incorrect Items?

If you receive a wrong item then must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by and also arrange to collect the item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
