Returns Policy

No Hassle 28 day Returns Policy for Internet Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have.

If you are not 100% happy with your product or wish to request a refund, then you can return it within 14 days of receiving your item. Please call us at 069 69525 or email You are resonsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring it is packaged for safe transportation. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for re-sale. The item must be returned within 14 days of notification. If the item is not in resalable condition then this may impact the refund amount payable.

 We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Missing, Damaged & Faulty Items

As a customer it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty.

Missing Items

Missing items must be reported to within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to will result in forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts.

Faulty & Damaged Items

If you deem the item you received as being faulty and it is within the 6 months manufacturer’s warranty then you can send the item back to for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our department requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact regarding warranty before returning any products.

After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product. Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant return of the entire item and will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned.

Costs for sending items back to are borne by the customer.

Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item then must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by and also arrange to collect the item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please Note

  • All items purchased via the website must be returned through the appropriate channels as outlined above. Under no circumstances should customers bring goods to be returned to one of our pharmacies. Pharmacy staff cannot accept goods to be returned.
  • Any items to be returned to remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried out. After which reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).
  • Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 21 working days for funds to appear in your account. will issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation for same and will not be held responsible for any delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing bank.
