As a customer it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty.
Missing Items
Missing items must be reported to PharmacyStore.ie within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to pharmacystore.ie will result in forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts.
Faulty & Damaged Items
If you deem the item you received as being faulty and it is within the 6 months manufacturer’s warranty then you can send the item back to pharmacystore.ie for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our department requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to pharmacystore.ie. Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact pharmacystore.ie regarding warranty before returning any products.
After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product. Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to PharmacyStore.ie. A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant return of the entire item and pharmacystore.ie will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned.
Costs for sending items back to PharmacyStore.ie are borne by the customer.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong item then PharmacyStore.ie must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then pharmacystore.ie will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by pharmacystore.ie and also arrange to collect the item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered. We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
