Anbesol is suitable for use from the age of 10 years and over.
Active Ingredients: Anbesol Liquid contains the three active ingredients; lidocaine, chlorocresol, and cetylpyridinium chloride. Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic that helps relieve pain, while both chlorocresol and cetylpyridinium chloride have antiseptic properties that help to prevent infection.
How to Use: Adults, children and the elderly.
Apply Anbesol undiluted to the affected are with a clean fingertip.
Two applications immediately will normally be sufficient to obtain pain relief.
Use Anbesol up to eight times a day.
