Dozol Sugar Free Oral Solution has 2 active ingredients, Paracetamol and Diphenhydramine. Paracetamol is a highly effective pain reliever. It is safe & kind to children’s tummies, has no association with Reyes Syndrome as Aspirin does and no association with stomach bleeding, seizures or metabolic acidosis as Ibuprofen does. Diphenhydramine is a mild antihistamine, long established and trusted. It relieves nausea and vomiting. It has drying effects on such symptoms as watery eyes, nasal drip, runny nose and other secretions and is mildly sedative.
Dozol is suitable from 2 years for people with typical symptoms such as pain, irritability, feverishness, high temperature and restlessness. Symptoms can be occasional.
