Product Information: This medicine is used as a dietary supplement for individuals who are deficient in magnesium. This may be a result of an insufficient intake of the mineral in your diet or your body is not absorbing magnesium adequately.
Active Ingredients: Each 5g sachet contains magnesium aspartate dihydrate equivalent to 121.56mg (5mmol) of magnesium.
How to Use: Adults and children over 10 years of age
Take the contents of one sachet, one to three times each day.
Children aged 2-10 years
Take the ocntents of one sachet each day.
