How to Use

Take one sachet per day with approximately 300ml of water or juice. Best taken on a full stomach in the morning. It is recommended that Proceive is taken for up for 3 months before trying to conceive. Proceive® Omega 3 may also be taken with this product for additional nutritional support. Upon confirmation of pregnancy we recommend taking Proceive® Pregnancy Trimester 1.
