Active Ingredients: 3 Plant Extracts In Each Capsule

Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub that thrives in India, the Middle and parts of Africa and has a long history of use in these countries.

Sage
Sage is a perennial, evergreen shrub known by the Romans as the holy herb. It’s leaves are described as phytoestrogens.

Green Tea
Green tea as origins dating back to the fifth millennium BC. Derived from the Camellia sinensis leaves and buds which are rich in polyphenols.
Each capsule contains 3 plant extracts: Ashwagandha, Sage and Green Tea. Each sachet contains 27 active ingredients including Vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, Omega 3 DHA which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, Biotin, Magnesium, Thiamine and Iodine which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and finally Niacin and Vitamin C which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

OMEGA 3 DHA
Each sachet of Meno Active contains 350mg of Omega 3 DHA. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) is a structural component of every cell of the body. It contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. It is an essential fatty acid which cannot be made by the body efficiently and must be taken into the body through a varied diet or supplementation.
How to Use: A dual combination of one daily sachet plus one daily capsule. Take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, preferably 30 minutes before food. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve. Each capsule contains 3 plant extracts, Ashwagandha, Green Tea and Sage which can sometimes taste a little bitter in a powdered format. That's why they are best swallowed in a capsule with a glass of water.
