How to Use

Suitable for Adults.
Apply to the affected area.
Do not use with pain rubs and/ or other forms of heat.
Do not use on unhealthy, broken or damaged skin.
Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling or on areas of the body where you can't feel pain.
Do not use on people unable to follow all usage instructions or remove the product including children, infants and some elderly.
Heat products can cause burns, this risk increases as you age.
If you are 55 or older, wear the wrap over a layer of clothing and do not use while sleeping.
